There is a $500 pet deposit, as well as an additional $35 monthly pet rent for cats, and $50 monthly pet rent for dogs. The following breeds are restricted at Saddleback Condominium Rentals: Akita, Presa Canario, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Husky, American Husky, Eskimo Husky, Greenland Husky, Malamute, Alaskan Malamute, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, Bernese Mountain, Bernese Cattle, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid (any), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Karelian Bear Dog, Russo-European Laika, any Laika, guard dogs (or any dog trained to attack), mixed breed dogs (dogs mixed with any breed listed here).

Parking at Saddleback Condominium Rentals is a breeze! Each unit is assigned two parking spots, typically one uncovered, one covered. There is limited guest parking in the front of the property, and a lot of street parking nearby.
